Basic Fact Test

  Today in my basic facts I did not do well because I took to long to finish

my test. I got 25- 40 which means I got some right and some wrong. Next time for my goals I will try and practise my basic facts.

Today Geometry and our teacher, We learnt new six digits, Place values and also how many tens in a whole number. I enjoy this session with our teacher because she taught us how to change words into numbers.

Week 4: 27-30 February

Learning Areas	Feedback	Feed forward
Religious Education	Station of cross, is long but its interesting to see about Jesus way to the cross and how he carried the cross. I hope next week we will be doing something different.	Today we did station of the cross with Mrs. Denny, It had 14 stations inside the church.
Reading	Perhaps I should read slowly and try to understand the words. Reading test is hard online, easy on test.	Reading test was a bit hard but I got through and some was easy because it had some example.
Maths	Next time I need to be more focus on Maths and learning my time tables, a lot more. But I had fun because I understand them.	Maths was easy and hard, but I really enjoyed it because Sonya helped me with some. I understand them now.
Writing	Next time I will try to get organize for next writing or test. So I don’t have to waste time planning and also thinking of words.	Writing test was very interesting, it was kinda hard. But today was good,

Week 3: 16-20 February

Religious Education	station of the cross was short and easy, I was reading and understanding Jesus’s life. How he carried that heavy cross.	In R.E I really like how I learn the station of the cross. Even though I didn't’ know much about it. But I understand the station of the cross & also The rosary.

Writing	Next week hopefully I would write a writing that includes the time sequences.	In Writing I learnt the time sequences for writing. So finally I know how to write an interesting writing for the audiences to read. Next week hopefully I would write a writing that includes the time sequences.
Maths	Next Week I hope she will teach us more.	In Maths I really like how we were working with Jane. She really teach us a lot about tens. It was so much fun with her at the workshop. Next Week I hope she will teach us more.

Today In Maths I Was On Maths Whiz Practising Dragging the Monkeys and put them altogether and I am In Stage 4.

Maths Reflection

What I have learn this week in maths was Times table and Division. I thought it was going to be hard because I don't know my Times table and my division and it was really hard to know how to do time table and my divides but it got easier after a while.

Maths whiz is a learning game it helps you alot from your Addition, division and my Time tables. These are the website that I have learn from- Maths whizz and Xtra Maths, they are cool to learn with on my netbook.

In Addition and Subtraction I am on Stage 4.

Example : ⅔ of 18 = 12
      3 x ? = 18 3 x 6 = 18
       ? x 2 = ? 6 x 2 = 12

1. ¼ of 36 = 9Y     4x9=36,  9x1=9

2. ⅖ of 40 = 16 Y       5x8=40, 8x2=16

3. ⅗ of 20 = 12Y           5x4=20, 4x3=12

4. ¾ of 24 =  18Y            4x6=24, 6x3=18

Fraction-Week 5

What I already know about fractions Is?  All I know about fraction is when we half and divide a pizza into half. 

What I like about fraction is? I like fractions because we can get it easily by telling the half and a  whole, quarter and a two halves.

What is a fraction? fraction means a part of a whole number like 11 and 42,31 and 34 and 71, 48 are all fractions.

Maths Reflection Week 2

Learning Intention  - I learnt how put the fractions in orders and how to put  the biggest number or least in orders. Or least to biggest.

Always remember that the numerator goes up and the denominator goes down like if it 3\6 halves the number three is the numerator and the is the denominator.

Learning Intention- Sequencing.

In Maths I was learning how to Sequencing and in Sequencing you always have to know the rule here is a Sequence problem, 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,  , you can count in 2s as well these missing number is Sixteen and Eighteen and  that is how you can solve the problem and it easy by counting on 2s.

This week in maths we went on Study ladder. I did number facts. I enjoyed counting numbers and also trying to answer the questions. I did well on Studdyladder that is why I got my gold Certificate.
